I Need a VA Like Me!
Most adults with ADHD already know what they need to do. The gap is between knowing and doing.
That gap costs time, energy and a fair amount of self-blame, whether it shows up in your business, in your daily life admin or in both.
The support here starts from how your brain actually works.

“Today, I’m getting everything sorted! So… where to start?"
"The list has been in my head for three weeks. Some of it for three months. I move it around, I rewrite it and none of it gets done."
"Argh! I forgot to send the invoices! … I’ll just get this one thing done first…
Wait… what was I doing?"
"The appointment needs booking, the car needs sorting, there's a birthday I've nearly missed again. I know. I just can't make myself start any of it.”
~ from conversations with adults with ADHD

The cost of a system that doesn't fit
You know you're capable and the work gets done but it costs more than it should, in time, in energy, in the mental load of holding everything together in your head.
Most systems, for business or for daily life, were designed for linear thinkers. If your brain doesn't work that way, the system will keep failing you.
First, the friction
I start by finding where the friction actually is. We trace a task through your day - where it begins, where it stalls - then talk about what would work instead and I recommend tools to suit. Any ongoing support builds from there.
Step 1:
15-Minute Chat - a free call to work out which session fits your situation.
Step 2:
Power Hour or Workflow Assessment - depending on what you need, we get everything out of your head and onto the table, work out where the friction is and build a plan that fits how you actually work. And if you want to keep working together after that, there's a path for it.

A simple place to begin
"I feel seen, heard and understood. I already feel more hopeful than I have in weeks." ~ Fiona C
Most systems assume a particular way of thinking and when yours doesn't match, the system fails you. Everything here starts with how you actually work and goes from there.
Have a look at what's on offer and find the right starting point for where you are right now.
Designed for your brain
Work With Me
Living and working with an ADHD brain takes a particular kind of support, and generic productivity advice rarely touches the real problem.
These sessions are designed around how you actually think, what tends to get in the way and where the friction usually sits.
Whether you need an hour to get unstuck or a deeper look at how everything is running, there's a starting point here that fits where you are right now.
Both sessions come with written follow-up and the Workflow Assessment adds a check-in call once you've had time to put the changes in place.
Up to 60 minutes to clear your head and get your thoughts straight.
We work through what's actually going on, identify where the friction is and agree on what you need to do first, second and third.
If you know what you need to do but can't get to it, that's exactly where we start.
What you get:
A complete offload - every thought, every problem, everything that's been sitting there
A clear picture of what's eating up your time and energy
A written summary of what we covered, including possible next steps
An email check-in a couple of weeks later
Up to 90 minutes to look at how your business is running and where it's losing you time.
We go through your current setup, where your workflows and systems are breaking down and what needs fixing first.
This works well if you have too many projects on the go and no clear picture of what to prioritise.
What you get:
Space to think through what's actually going on without the fog getting in the way
A clear picture of where the problems are and why
A written report recommending alternative systems and a better way of working.
A Zoom call four weeks on to review how the changes are going

Workflow Assessment - £175
The Power Hour - £75
What Comes Next
The sessions are a starting point, not a one-off fix. Most clients move into ongoing support after their session because having a plan is one thing and keeping on top of everything is another -- whether that's a business, a household or just a life that keeps getting away from you. Pay-as-you-go and monthly support packages are available, depending on what you need.
If you're not sure where to start, book a free 15-minute call and we'll work it out together.
Administrative
Inbox management, calendar organisation, appointment scheduling, document formatting, template creation, proofreading, SOP creation, expense monitoring and household admin.
Project & Business Management
Breaking projects into manageable steps, tracking progress, managing deadlines and keeping day-to-day operations on track.
Content Development
Blog and social media post writing, proofreading and formatting, website content writing and editing, product description editing, flyer and brochure editing. All written in your voice.

Which level of support do you need?
Each package gives you ADHD-friendly support that fits around how you actually work. I help you put systems in place that reduce the overwhelm, clear the backlog and keep things moving -- whether you run a business, manage a household or are trying to stay on top of both.
Both sessions include follow-up, an email check-in after a Power Hour and a Zoom call four weeks after a Workflow Assessment. The plan gets looked at again once it has met your real week.
What You Will Experience
Do you See Yourself Here?
These clients started with a free call, as can you.
Let's discuss how to get you from overwhelmed to in control.
I work with adults with ADHD – business owners, people managing households, people trying to keep on top of both. Some have known for years, others are newly diagnosed and still working out what it means in practice.

Hi, I'm Piera
IT helpdesk means triage at pace. Someone's problem lands on your desk and you work out what's not working then fix it without crashing everything else.
Office/project management is the same logic but slower. You keep the operational infrastructure of a business running smoothly enough that nobody notices it's there.
I ran the equestrian yard after those corporate roles. A yard works the same way except the animals don't care what's on your list and a missed task doesn't wait.
None of those jobs run on neat schedules or linear thinking. That's not a bad place to start when your clients' brains don't either.
Before Lanza-VA I spent nearly thirty years across IT helpdesks, office/project management and running an equestrian yard. None of those environments had tidy systems.
My Background
What I don't Do
I don’t arrive with a solution already in mind. Most systems are designed for straight-line thinkers – my clients don’t think that way.
I find out what’s going on first. The problem usually looks one way on the surface and turns out to be something slightly different underneath. For example:
One client needed a transcription app to avoid losing scribbled notes

ADHD-Aware & Certified
ADHD-aware and certified, with training from coach Max Lawrence. Every recommendation I make accounts for the way an ADHD brain actually moves through the day, including the hyperfocus, the task-switching and the things that tend to slip.

Another needed body doubling to provide accountability and keep her focussed on the task
A third needed an automated process to turn a messy Word document into a formatted spreadsheet
And most clients need ongoing support because the problem wasn’t a single task, it was keeping up with everything over time
Whatever form of help I bring, the starting point is always the same: find out what’s actually going on.
The work takes different shapes. Some clients need regular, practical support – someone to handle what they can’t face or don’t have time for so they can get on with everything else. Others need one focused session, or a proper look at how everything is running with a written plan to come out of it.
What I do
If you’ve spent years thinking you were the problem, you weren’t. It was just the setup.
